韩书力，1948年生于北京。现任全国政协委员、中国文联委员、中国西藏文化保护与发展协会常务理事、中国美协理事、西藏文联主席，西藏美协主席、西藏书画院院长。
1973年进入西藏从事美术工作。
1980年考入中央美术学院研究生班，受业于贺友直、杨先让教授。
1982年研究生毕业，毕业创作《邦锦美朵》。
1984年“第六届全国美展”获金质奖，中国美术馆。
“第一届国际连环画节”特别荣誉奖，瑞士。
1992年“第一届加拿大国际水墨展”获金枫叶奖。
1989至先后在巴黎、台北、东京、多伦多、吉隆坡、新加坡、圣地亚多、里约热
2006年内卢、墨西哥城、加德满都、澳门、深圳、珠海、广州、福建、北京等地举办个展或联展。
2003年“首届中国北京国际美术双年展”，中国美术馆。
2005年“第二届中国北京国际美术双年展”，中国美术馆。
2006年“巴黎·中国美术周”，中国文化部举办，法国巴黎。
